Welcome to the Kingdom of Morocco! You will be greeted by a member of our team with VIP Fast Track service to skip the immigration lines, and receive private assistance with the entry process and baggage claim. Our driver will take you in a private vehicle to your hotel in Marrakech.

This morning, our signature Champagne Welcome meeting is filled with fun ways to introduce you to your fellow travelers.
Then, begin your first full day in Morocco with one of the experiences that makes VIVE trips so special — exploring the vibrant medina alongside our local guides while witnessing traditional bread making, visiting a mosque, sampling fresh pastries and juices, and experiencing how locals begin their morning in Marrakech.
Rather than simply rushing between tourist attractions, this day is designed to help you connect with the heart of Morocco through authentic experiences from the very beginning.
Handicrafts + Jemaa el-Fna Square + Belly Dancers
Enjoy lunch with the group at one of Marrakech’s most beautiful riads reserved especially for our VIVE travelers.
This afternoon, support local artisans by participating in a handicraft activity that helps support the local community while learning about Morocco’s rich artistic traditions. Finishing with a beautiful souvenir to take home.
As evening falls, experience the legendary Jemaa el-Fna square, famous for its bustling street vendors, fresh fruit stands, musicians, and vibrant nightlife atmosphere. This morning, experience Marrakech in true VIVE style as we explore the city by Vintage Sidecars — a stylish and upscale way to take in the sights that most travelers never experience. Ride through the city on our way to the iconic Yves Saint Laurent Museum & Majorelle Gardens, famous for their electric-blue architecture, exotic plants, and connection to one of fashion’s most legendary designers.
Afterward, enjoy lunch reservations at one of Marrakech’s trendy rooftop restaurants before heading out for a guided shopping experience through the city’s famous boutiques, artisan shops, and hidden gems. Escape the energy of Marrakech as we journey into the breathtaking Atlas Mountains for one of the most meaningful cultural experiences of the trip. For travelers seeking a truly bucket-list experience, guests will have the opportunity to experience a sunrise hot air balloon ride over Morocco this morning.
For those preferring a slower start to the day, Michelle Ruiz will be offering a morning yoga class to get the day started feeling good.
Later, we have made reservations at the famous Nikki Beach Club just for our group. This is a signature VIVE experience featuring a stylish adults-only atmosphere, poolside music, cocktails, great food, and the upscale energy our travelers know and love from other Nikki Beach Clubs around the world.

Agafay Desert Road Trip + Donkey Sanctuary
Today, we leave Marrakech behind and journey toward the Agafay Desert for the next chapter of our Morocco adventure. Along the way, we’ll stop at a special donkey orphanage dedicated to rehabilitating animals once used in tourism, offering a meaningful opportunity to connect with these gentle creatures while learning more about the important work being done to care for them.
On this short road trip, we’ll also enjoy a scenic lunch experience with beautiful views, wine, and time to soak in the slower pace of the Moroccan countryside before arriving at our luxury desert camp later this afternoon.
Luxury Desert Camp + White Dinner Party
Upon arriving and settling into our luxury desert camp, enjoy time to relax by the pool, take in the peaceful desert scenery, or participate in optional activities including a short camel trek through the Agafay landscape and ATV adventures around camp.
Tonight, prepare for the ultimate VIVE-style farewell celebration as we gather for our signature White Party under the stars featuring a beautifully styled candlelit dinner, music, entertainment, and one final unforgettable evening together in the Moroccan desert.

Or choose to join our exclusive Sahara Desert extension. Designed for travelers wanting to experience the Sahara in a more elevated and seamless way. Most Sahara journeys require more than 10 hours drive time from Marrakech but we’ve curated this bucket list expedition, VIVE Style.
After a short flight from Marrakech to Errachidia, journey through the fossil-rich region of Erfoud and the historic market town of Rissani before arriving at the legendary dunes. As sunset approaches, enjoy a camel trek across the golden Sahara before arriving at our luxury desert camp for dinner, music around the campfire, and an incredible night beneath the stars.

Sahara Sunrise + Todra Gorges + Ouarzazate.
Day 2 on the Optional Sahara Desert Extension. For travelers who have experienced deserts in other parts of the world, the Sahara offers something entirely different. Endless golden dunes, dramatic scale, and landscapes that feel almost surreal in person.
Wake early to witness sunrise over the Sahara before continuing through the breathtaking Draa Valley, filled with palm groves, kasbahs, and traditional villages. Along the way, explore the dramatic Todra Gorges before arriving in Ouarzazate for an evening surrounded by cinematic desert scenery and Moroccan hospitality.
Overnight 5 Star Accommodations

Kasbahs, Games of Thrones + Return to Marrakech.
Day 3 of the Optional Sahara Desert Extension. After breakfast, we’ll begin the final leg of our desert expedition. We’ll start the day at the famous Ouarzazate film studios, known as the “Hollywood of Morocco,” recently most famous for the set of Games of Thrones. Then we’ll visit the legendary UNESCO-listed Kasbah Ait Benhaddou with its incredible clay architecture city.
After lunch, journey back toward Marrakech through the breathtaking High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi N’Tichka Pass, taking in panoramic mountain views along the way before arriving back in Marrakech filled with incredible memories from your Sahara adventure.

All VIVE Trips are Adults Only. You must be 21 years old to register. We have had travelers from 21 to 81 on our trips! The average age is 35-65 years old.

VIVE Group Trips range from 10 – 20 travelers. This trip is expected to be a smaller group with an average of 12 travelers for an exclusive experience.

Late May and early June are considered one of the best times to visit Morocco, with warm sunny days, low humidity, and comfortable evenings. Travelers can generally expect daytime temperatures ranging from the mid 70s to high 80s °F depending on the region and time of day.
Marrakech will typically feel warmer during the daytime, while the Atlas Mountains and desert evenings can become significantly cooler, especially after sunset.
We recommend packing light breathable clothing for daytime along with a light jacket or layer for evenings in the mountains and desert.
